True Blue Beef sources high quality Australian beef cattle, which are backgrounded in Australian facilities by true blue Australian farmers. We trace through our supply chain to ensure our stock is sired from first-class genetics and reared locally using sustainable animal husbandry practices. This ensures that our products are of the highest quality, nutritionally and palatably superior, as well as environmentally conscious.
We have partnered with local, fully certified and proudly Australian-owned, Goulburn Valley abattoirs, and meat processors to ensure our stock is processed to the highest standard by reliable stakeholders. Once processed, our meat is carved and packed in cryovac packaging ready for delivery. However, we can customise processing and delivery based on customers’ special requirements. We work with our customers both within Australia and internationally to develop specialist supply arrangements to best meet their preferences.
Our beef products are sired from superior Australian genetics to ensure the best quality meat. Our family has developed a specialist breeding programme in which our livestock are reared on premium grains with no preservatives, chemicals, hormones or steroids.
The primary stocks offered by True Blue Beef include Angus, Wagyu and British breeds, although we can source and process bespoke breeds of beef for customers depending on their demands.
True Blue’s beef are specifically selected by our livestock specialists and, with our nutritionally balanced ration, we are able toprovide a consistent texture, flavour and size profile all year-round.
